At Nimbus Distro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or visit our returns center with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand over your return parcel to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to begin the transit process back to our distribution hub.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  After our quality control team inspects the garments, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
